Jennifers on Säntis
title="View from the Top of Säntis (320KB)" >
I've found some time to stitch together the panorama shots I took on top of Säntis in Switzerland. The view was great, but there were all these people that kept getting into my way :-)
You'll need to have QuickTime installed in order to enjoy the view.

7 wives. Not bad. Glad to see that the cloning experiments are going well.
I don't get a movie, just a single picture. I even downloaded the *.mov link to my Desktop and then ran it, using QuickTime 6.5, but still just a picture and not a movie. Where are the other six Jennifers?
It's a QuickTime VR "movie". Click inside and drag your mouse around. :-)
Aha! Now I see all the Jennifers (and lovely ones they are, too). Thanks for posting instructions--I hadn't run across one of those before.
That's pretty cool Step. The chick looks familiar. Didn't she used to have a blog on the karl hub
that is very cool. It is quite amazing how you were able to position each shot so that it looked like one huge continuous picture. It took me a while to figure that I had to move the curser to be able to view the rest of the pictures. I like it!
That is quite nifty!
Very nice! What software did you used to create the VR movie? I would love to be able to do the same!
I use the Canon PhotoStitch utility that came with my camera. Most digital cameras come with some panorama software -- although I'm not sure how many support QuickTime VR.
PanoGuide.com, a great panorama photography web site, has a good listing of available software.
Very cool, you'll have to show me how you did that.
Jennifer, Stepan must really love you if he wants 6 more of you.
